You will coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution, work with suppliers and internal teams, and maintain a safe, orderly parts room in a noisy industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with experience in purchasing, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
• Proficient with CMMS and administrative software; ability to interpret equipment design to optimize costs and train personnel.
• Strong math skills and ability to read/write technical manuals and safety reports.
• Familiar with OSHA, DEQ, and EEO regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Coordinate and control the inventory program, including receiving, storing, and distributing parts; monitor stock levels.
• Purchasing & Sourcing: Assist in purchasing parts and supplies; source necessary equipment to keep operations running.
• Receiving & Verification: Manage receipt of parts, verify paperwork, and ensure items match orders.
• Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate CMMS records and up-to-date data entry.
• Organization & Maintenance: Keep parts room and maintenance area orderly and safe.
• Communication: Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to optimize processes.
• Waste Treatment System: monitor and document system; report issues to site leadership and safety team.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
