Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in California to manage branch inventory and related administrative processes, contributing to maintenance efficiency and profitability.

You will oversee inventory productivity, coordinate with centralized ordering, and ensure timely, accurate parts handling across branches, while supporting warranty and service scheduling. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at branch(es) to support service and profitability.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through ordering parts and timely deliveries.
• Receive and store parts; update PartsNet; conduct inventory cycle counts.
• Manage new and used battery inventory; ensure tires; organize stock.
• Ship warranty items; follow up on returns and warranty-grams with warranty dept.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Support vendor relations and ensure payments processing is correct.
