Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service in Dallas, TX is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to manage inbound and outbound inventory, perform daily cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy for customers and CBSS field personnel. You will move parts from the warehouse to staging, restock from jobs, check in/out tools, deliver and pickup items to job sites, and enter inventory data for job costing.

A High School diploma and experience in an industrial setting are preferred; basic computer skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in a similar industrial/technical position preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Great Plains background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, transfer and ship inventory in and out of warehouse.
• Support the Service Department with inventory from warehouse to WIP staging area.
• Inspect and return rental equipment from the field.
• Restock inventory returning from jobs.
• Check in/out of tools from tool cage and maintain readiness.
• Enter parts from inventory into job costing from warehouse and truck inventory.
• Move material off racks and package for shipment.
• Deliver and pickup parts, materials, and/or equipment from vendors to job sites.
