Job summary

MCPC, a Grand Rapids, MI-based managed endpoint computing and technology services provider, is seeking a Part Coordinator to oversee break-fix operations, vendor quotes, and parts tracking across MSP and ERP systems. You will liaise with vendors, internal teams, and customers, generating reports, updating JDE and ConnectWise, and ensuring timely parts delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 2 years of college or equivalent in the workplace.
• Solid MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, technicians, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between MSP and ERP systems.
• Manage MSP Service Board (ConnectWise).
• Manage ordering and receiving parts within ERP (JDE).
• Perform Parts Changes when vendors swap parts.
• Troubleshoot inventory errors and processing issues.
• Process warranty claims for major manufacturers.
• Enter Sales Orders & PO’s into MSP & ERP systems.
