Job summary

Siddons-Martin Emergency Group in Texas is seeking a Parts Clerk to manage the receipt, verification, labeling and storage of parts in the parts room. The role involves data entry and using inventory software to track stock and movements.

Responsibilities include securing the parts room, pulling and issuing parts to technicians, maintaining ordering lists, and ensuring accurate inventory counts. Attention to detail and basic MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Data entry and inventory software experience.

Responsibilities

• Secure parts room and ensure it is locked at all times.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data entered into inventory software.
• Pull and issue requested parts from inventory to Technicians.
• Maintain list of parts to be ordered for stock and repair orders.
• Sort, count, package, label, and log inventory moved or received.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain a clean, organized parts room.
