Job summary

Responsibilities

• Places orders for materials and assists with system entry.
• Serves as customer contact in person and by phone as needed.
• Receives visitors and directs to the proper department.
• Assists with parts sourcing and system updates for pricing and stock.
• Ensures accuracy of AP data and filing for month-end accruals.
