Job summary

HOLT Truck Centers seeks a Parts Administrator in Tulsa, OK to order and provision parts, maintain inventory records, and process purchase orders.

You will act as the customer contact, coordinate with vendors, load references in the system, and ensure AP invoices have accurate PO data.

This onsite role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Occasional travel up to 5% is possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years in accounting, clerical, and administrative work.
• Two years of inventory control or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for materials and assist with system entry.
• Serve as customer contact in person and by phone.
• Process and reference documents, ensuring proper accounts payable paperwork.
• Load cross references in the business system for direct ship and alternate source parts.
• Ensure G/L coding and PO data are correct before submission to Finance.
• Maintain parts information and perform stock order printing.
• Adhere to safety policies and company standards.
• Attend to other duties as assigned.
