Job summary

HOLT Truck Centers seeks a Parts Administrator to manage ordering, provisioning, and documentation for parts. You will handle purchase orders, inventory records, and system data while supporting office operations and internal customers.

The ideal candidate has accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with the Procede system is a plus. This onsite role reports to the department supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years general accounting, clerical, and administrative knowledge required.
• Two years of inventory control or logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for parts and maintain procurement records.
• Handle accounts payable data and ensure correct PO linkage in the system.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and internal departments.
• Maintain inventory records and perform stock replenishment as needed.
• Support month-end accruals and cross-train for posting duties.
