Job summary

Paylocity seeks a Parts Rep to manage stock parts and repair orders, maintaining inventory and timely parts ordering with cost awareness. You will log repairs, pull parts, assist customers and handle shipping and upkeep tasks, including weekend/on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of parts, warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, self-directed and a team player.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Log all repairs in appropriate service logs and billing entries.
• Locate and pull parts for stock orders and shop repair jobs.
• Administer shop repair jobs and parts requirements.
• Price and close shop repair jobs.
• Assist customers with part orders over phone, email and in person.
• Handle shipping and receiving.
• Daily warehouse cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Weekend and after-hours parts call out.
• Maintain warranty and factory repairs with vendors.
• Additional duties assigned by manager.
