HOLT Truck Ceneters seeks a Parts Administrator to manage parts ordering, provisioning, and inventory records. The role includes processing purchase orders, handling inquiries, and maintaining documentation across the AP cycle.

Responsibilities include supplier coordination, system data entry, and supporting office operations. The incumbent will ensure accurate accounting data and timely deliveries in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years general accounting, clerical, and administrative knowledge required.
• Two years of inventory control or logistics experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Place orders for materials and supplies and assist with placing all orders in the system.
• Serve as customer point of contact in person and by phone as needed.
• Receive and direct visitors and telephone callers to the proper department.
• Assist with Parts sourcing from vendors as directed by management.
• Load cross references in the business system for direct ship and alternate source parts.
• Provide support for month-end accruals related to purchasing.
• Ensure correct G/L coding on accounts payable prior to submission to Finance.
