Job summary

HOLT Truck Centers in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Back Parts Counter Sales Representative 1 to support the Service Department by ordering, staging, inspecting, and returning parts and cores. You will assist with inventory, warehouse cleanliness, and fulfilling parts for technicians and customers.

Entry-level friendly role requiring a high school diploma; no prior experience is required though up to two years is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required; up to two years of work-related experience preferred.
• Willing to be trained, to operate a conventional forklift required.

Responsibilities

• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the use of VBL tools and processes to align with Vision, Values, and Mission.
• Ensures parts available and orders as necessary for the service department.
• Cross-references non-OEM parts needs to existing inventory.
• Procures parts through vendor network, compares prices and lead-times; maintains vendor relationships.
• Maintains parts inventory and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Processes credits as needed.
• Assists the parts counter and will-call customers.
• Delivers parts to technicians and bays.
