Job summary

HOLT Truck Centers in San Antonio is seeking a Parts Administrator to manage orders, provisioning of parts, and inventory records.

You will process purchase orders, maintain vendor communications, and ensure accuracy in the accounts payable data and pricing updates. The role also covers light office duties and collaboration with multiple departments.

A high school diploma and at least two years in accounting/clerical work are required; experience with the Procede system and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of general accounting, clerical, and administrative knowledge.
• Two years of inventory control or logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for materials and assist with system entry.
• Serve as customer contact in person and by phone.
• Maintain inventory records and process paperwork.
• Support accounts payable with correct PO data and pricing updates.
• Cross-train for posting responsibilities.
• Ensure proper G/L coding prior to submission.
