Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, instructions, safety data sheets, and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Repair/replace parts on warehouse equipment (conveyors, air compressors).
• Repair or rebuild warehouse racks and decking.
• Assist in HVAC and related equipment maintenance under supervision.
• Test and evaluate equipment performance and replace defective parts.
• Support other project work and after-hours calls as needed.
