Job summary

You will coordinate parts requests, prepare quotes, track availability, and inform customers of status. This role works with engineers, procurement, and service teams to ensure timely parts, scheduling of field visits, and smooth execution of education programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in electronics, mechanical systems, or related industrial fields.
• Minimum 2 years experience in parts coordination, technical support, or inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts requests submitted by field service engineers and customers, including technical descriptions and service reports.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate shipments of parts in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of parts orders, back orders, transactions, and customer communications.
