Maxim Crane Works, LP is seeking an organized Parts & Service Support Specialist to assist the Service Manager with documenting field and shop activities. You will order, track, and receive parts, maintain work-orders, and ensure accurate paperwork across the service department.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years experience in parts and service, plus familiarity with a CMMS system. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Orders, tracks, and receives parts for crane repairs and maintenance.
• Labels and stages parts and materials for repairs and maintenance once received at the branch.
• Orders shop supplies and PPE for mechanics and technicians.
• Communicates with vendors via phone and email regarding shipments and orders.
• Opens and maintains work-orders and purchase-orders in RentalMan and OnBase systems.
• Supports the Service Manager with scheduling, paperwork accuracy, and crane documentation.
• Assists with weekly inventory cycle counts and annual warehouse audits.
• Maintains warehouse order and cleanliness.
• Collects timesheets and billing tickets from mechanics and technicians for payroll and billing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
