Job summary

Birkey's Farm Store, Inc. is seeking a Parts Department Manager to lead the parts team, set pricing policies, and coordinate operations to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; ability to set work priorities and work independently.
• 2–4 years of related experience preferred; strong customer satisfaction focus.
• Experience leading a team and managing department budgets or pricing policies.

Responsibilities

• Establish department policies and procedures with store management.
• Set realistic sales objectives by category and manage inventory.
• Create competitive parts pricing to maximize gross margins and stay within budget.
• Oversee security, purchasing, shipping, receiving, and facilities controls.
• Supervise staff and develop cross-training plans; ensure regulatory compliance.
