Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Ability to set work priorities and work independently.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all service work and assignments for technicians.
• Oversee work to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Advise customers of repairs and estimated costs.
• Charge out all service tickets in a timely, profitable manner.
• Maintain clean, orderly shop and lot; ensure proper equipment placement.
• Train service technicians and assist when needed.
• Control expenses of the service department while maintaining service quality.
• Prepare and follow a sales and operating budget.
• Conduct regular service department meetings.
• Administer warranty claim procedures for all machines sold.
• Maintain filing/storage for warranty parts for returns.
