O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts and products to professional customers. The role includes handling COD deliveries, collecting payments, and processing customer returns with attention to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include maintaining vehicles, using handheld devices to process deliveries, and assisting with cashiering or merchandising when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver''s license and meet driving eligibility requirements.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards (14/18-point system).
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products safely and efficiently.
• Use delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and perform inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean and maintained; complete daily inspections.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet cards, devices, and monies.
• Pick up customer returns and fill driver return slips.
• Communicate issues or special needs to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or damage to the store manager.
• Ensure fuel is topped and vehicles are secured at end of day.
• Clock in/out per company policy; perform other duties including cashiering or stocking as needed.
