Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online; invoice orders; direct delivery/pick/ship processes.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per standards.
• Complete vehicle inspections on time; input daily mileages into fleet devices.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Managers to provide superior service.
• Verify product and warranty parts are billed before customers leave.
• Arrange returns and credits for cores and warranties in a timely manner.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and ensure proper tagging/labelling.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed; support backroom duties.
• Assist with labor claims processing quickly and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
