Responsibilities include using handheld devices for deliveries, maintaining vehicle condition, and ensuring security of assets. Priorities are safety, accuracy, and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, and update mileage.
• Keep vehicles clean and conduct daily inspections prior to operation.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies at all times.
• Pickup customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate problems or special needs to store management.
• Report vehicle issues to the store manager immediately.
• Ensure fuel tanks are full and vehicles are locked at end of day.
• Clock in/out per company policy.
• Assist with customer service, stocking, merchandising, and other duties as assigned.
• May assist customers as cashier or with merchandising when business dictates.
