O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers. You will collect payments on COD deliveries, handle returns, and support daily store operations.

The role emphasizes safe vehicle operation, accurate use of handheld devices for deliveries, and maintaining vehicle readiness. Multilingual abilities are a plus and growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Process deliveries and capture customer signatures using handheld devices.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and money.
• Handle returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate problems or special needs to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or damage immediately.
• Assist customers as needed and support merchandising or cashier tasks.
