Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers. The role includes collecting money on COD deliveries, handling customer returns, and maintaining vehicle readiness and security.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include processing deliveries via handheld devices, keeping vehicles clean, and supporting store functions such as cashiering and merchandising

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company 14/18-point standard.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Use delivery fleet management devices to process deliveries and capture signatures.
• Maintain vehicles, perform daily inspections, and secure all equipment and monies.
• Pickup customer returns and fill driver return slips.
• Notify management of customer issues and report vehicle maintenance needs.
• Clock in/out per policy and assist with cashiering or stocking when needed.
• Other duties including merchandising, errands, and stock duties.
