Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver in Schaumburg to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs. You will also handle credit accounts, stock, and maintain clean stores while delivering superior service.

Strong safety focus, communication, and sales aptitude help you upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read safety rules and instruction manuals.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers with CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock integrity.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
• Operate inventory systems and store equipment.
