Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver/Delivery associate to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, assist in upselling and maintain store appearance. You will handle returns, support inventory, and help grow loyalty programs while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, safe driving, and flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed. Physical requirements include lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Safe driving and navigation skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Repair up to 50 pounds during stocking and organizing inventory.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; assist back stock and cycle counts.
