Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a driver who will pick, stage, and deliver parts to professional customers, while promoting sales and loyalty programs. The role includes handling returns, collecting accounts, and maintaining clean work areas.

You will build strong customer relationships and assist with upselling and cross-selling to raise transaction value. You will read catalogs, stock items, and engage customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive parts knowledge preferred.
• Must speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs through flyers.
• Collect credit accounts daily.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and share delivery insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform stock duties.
• Know product inventory and assist with sales.
• Engage walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
