Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while assisting in upselling and maintaining inventory. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, stocking, cycle counts, and engaging with walk-in customers to understand needs and offer solutions. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a delivery board system and inventory software.
• Strong customer service orientation and safe driving record.
• Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off sales flyers and promote programs.
• Collect credit accounts daily; maintain relationships with key customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to raise average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory, and manage cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend solutions.
