Your Purpose as a Parts Delivery Dispatcher :

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate and optimize delivery routes for drivers to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Assist Parts Drivers in organizing parts, loading trucks, and ensuring accurate deliveries.
• Manage and coordinate monthly freight shipments with external dealerships and stores, including ticketing and tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management to support team operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle

• Work Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:30 pm.
