Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver to deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns, and support store operations. You will promote ongoing sales, assist with inventory, and engage walk-in customers to recommend suitable parts and services.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, and flexibility to work various days and hours including weekends. Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Read and follow safety rules and procedures
• Ability to engage with customers and promote products
• Ability to perform basic math and handle inventory tasks

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals
