Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers and assist in promoting sales and loyalty programs. You will collect credit accounts, build relationships with major customers, and help upsell products while maintaining store organization and inventory.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
