Job summary

Talentify is seeking a delivery driver for customer-facing parts delivery in Chapel Hill, NC. You will pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns, and promote sales and loyalty programs while collecting payments and maintaining inventory knowledge.

You will engage with walk-in customers, upsell products, and build relationships with Pro customers, ensuring accurate credit account handling and keeping the store clean and stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
