Job summary

Crown is seeking a Customer Service Representative in West Sacramento, CA to handle parts calls from customers and service technicians, pull orders, and manage stock and supplier relations. You will build strong customer relationships, process paperwork, and support inventory control across stockrooms and vans.

Job Duties

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Good verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills
• Parts or inventory control experience and lift truck industry experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
