Crown Equipment Corporation, a global leader in lift truck manufacturing, is seeking a Parts Support Specialist. The role involves answering calls, processing orders, and maintaining stock while building strong relationships with Crown factory and outside vendors.

You will contribute to customer satisfaction by proactive follow-up, accurate paperwork, and effective inventory control, including cycle counts of stockrooms, vans, and consignments.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
• Experience in parts or inventory control preferred.
• Lift truck industry experience preferred.

• Pull orders, receive and put up stock.
• Order parts and develop relationships with Crown factory and outside vendors.
• Enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction with parts support and by responding to customer concerns/requests.

• Process paperwork.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Good verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills
• Parts or inventory control experience and lift truck industry experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
