The Larson Group Peterbilt in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to sell parts to our customers. You will be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, ensuring proper service to all customers.

Responsibilities include answering department phone calls, placing parts orders, checking in freight, stocking shelves, supporting Outside Sales, managing payments, and helping at the Back Parts Counter when needed. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Experience in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer Parts Department phone calls and assist customers.
• Place parts orders as needed and process payments.
• Check-in freight and stock shelves; keep shelves organized.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and customer service.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales for questions and orders.

The Parts Counterperson is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and ensures proper service to all customers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for answering Parts Department phone calls.
• Place parts orders as needed.
• Check-In freight and stock shelves as needed.
• Stays up to date on all training available, specifically product knowledge and customer service.
• Works with Outside Sales employees with questions and orders.
• Keeps parts shelves clean and organized.
• Responsible for receiving payment on all cash tickets.
• Responsible for supporting the Back Parts Counter when customer load requires or when an employee is absent.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Should possess a High School Diploma.
• Experience in a related field is preferred.
