Job summary

The Larson Group Peterbilt is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver to join our team. You will load, secure and deliver parts to customers on a safe and timely basis while maintaining a professional appearance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a clean driving record and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Experience with Excel and dealer software is preferred, with opportunities for advancement within the Parts Department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in a related field preferred.
• Experience with Excel, Outlook and dealer software preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure and deliver parts to customers safely and on time.
• Maintain a clean and insurable driving record.
• Keep a professional personal appearance at all times.
• Communicate with Warehouse Clerk coordinating pickups and deliveries.
• Assist in keeping the Parts Department clean and organized.
• Deliver invoices with signed copies and collect payments as required.
• Assist at the parts counters as load demands.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and insurable driving record
• Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance
• Must be friendly and courteous to all customers
• Communicate with Warehouse Clerk or designee coordinating pickups and deliveries
• Assist in keeping the Parts Department clean, organized and professional in appearance
• Keep company vehicles clean and properly maintained
• Assist Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving Clerk as load demands
• Deliver invoice, accompanying parts that were delivered, and returning with the properly signed copies
• Responsible for the collection of cash invoices delivered
• Assist at the parts counters as customer load demands
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
