Schimmer Auto Group in Mendota, IL is seeking a Parts Counter Person to deliver customer service and retail sales at our auto parts store. You will sell parts, take inventory, and assist with stock management to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication and product knowledge, quick problem identification, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following safety policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership experience is a plus.
• Ability to identify problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.

• Complete special order part request for the customer.

• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.
