Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing all parts orders
• Understanding and controlling parts inventory
• Creating bin locations for new stock
• Notifying customers of parts arrival
• Reporting shortages and damage discrepancies
• Processing accessories and shelving them
• Preparing items for returns and shipping
• Separating orders for each dealership
• Delivering parts to a second location
• Performing light forklift duties
• Processing warranty scrap
• Maintaining neat and orderly work environment
• Following all company safety policies and procedures
• Understanding and complying with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; prior auto parts sales experience preferred
• Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents
• Ability to calculate figures, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
