We are looking to add qualified and experiencedParts Counter Peopleto our team at our Pride Hyundai/Kia dealership. Our Parts Counter Personshould be passionate about and dedicatedto serving our customers and internal associates within the dealership. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.

  • Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.

  • Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.

  • Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.

  • Informing customers of any current specials.

  • Demonstratebehaviors consistent with the company’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Two or more year’s of related experience in an automotive parts department required.

  • One or more years of sales experience preferred.

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Solid computer skills needed.

  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work well in a process driven environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
