You will assist service technicians and customers with accurate parts selection, provide pricing and product information, and manage parts orders over the counter and by phone.

The role emphasizes strong parts knowledge, inventory understanding, and a customer-service mindset in a service-driven environment with commission opportunities.

• Previous automotive dealership parts experience is REQUIRED

Responsabilidades

• Assist service technicians and retail customers with accurate parts selection
• Provide pricing, availability, and product information over the counter and by phone
• Pull and fill parts orders efficiently and accurately
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding parts status and special orders
• Track and follow up on backorders and customer requests
• Source unavailable parts from vendors when necessary
• Process payments, invoices, and parts transactions
• Ensure all parts are billed correctly to repair orders
• Maintain organized inventory and parts records
• Keep the parts counter clean, professional, and customer-ready

Fox Toyota Lexus is looking for an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our Parts Department.

This role is ideal for someone with prior dealership parts experience who understands how a service-driven parts department operates and wants to be part of a team-based, performance-driven environment.
