Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. is seeking a Parts Warehouse/ Parts Counter Attendant to join our Harrisburg team. You will handle parts logistics, assist customers, process paperwork, and maintain accurate inventory.

A forklift, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency are essential for success. This on-site role offers growth within a long‑standing Cat dealer network across PA and nearby regions.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Must have a current driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional behavior consistent with the Mission, Vision and values of Cleveland Brothers.
• Maintain a clean safe work environment.
• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift.
• Load and unload parts truck and freight deliveries.
• Efficiently and accurately pick, put away and deliver parts orders to designated shop and will call areas.
• Ability to fabricate hoses.
• Basic skills in shipping and receiving - freight inbound and outbound.
• Ability to inspect and process cores and warranty accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to understand the basic principles of inventory control.
• The ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision.
• Perform additional tasks as directed.
• Accurately complete all paperwork and required documentation.
• Work regular overtime as required.
• Candidate must have effective written and verbal communication skills; mechanical aptitude; familiarity with product line; intermediate computer, keyboarding, MS Word and Excel. Ability to learn new software products.
