Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, and strong customer service skills, with the ability to learn multiple computer systems and perform paperwork accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• An Associates degree in business or technical field preferred.
• Experience in mechanical/parts environment with strong customer service.
• Ability to learn multiple computer systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Safely operate a forklift and load/unload parts deliveries.
• Pick, put away, and deliver parts to shop and will call areas.
• Handle shipping, receiving, and freight in/outbound.
• Fabricate hoses and inspect/process cores and warranty.
• Understand inventory control principles.
• Complete paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and learn new software tools.
• Resolve problems and make sound decisions; work independently.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; overtime as needed.
• Familiarity with product lines is a plus.
