Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Parts Counter / Parts Warehouse attendant on first shift. The role involves parts counter sales, warehouse tasks, and documentation in a Cat dealership across PA, northern WV, and western MD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in business discipline or technical school preferred.
• Three or more years of customer service in a mechanical/parts environment with strong computer system knowledge.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn Warrtrack, literature/media requests, SIB requests, etc.
• Cash and credit card handling/reconciliation/refunds.
• Combination of education, skills and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Parts counter sales.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Load and unload parts truck and deliveries.
• Pick, put away and deliver parts orders to designated areas.
• Fabricate hoses where needed.
• Inspect/process cores and warranty accurately.
• Understand basic inventory control principles.
• Perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Complete paperwork and required documentation accurately.
• Resolve problems and make sound decisions.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Overtime as required.
