Qualifications

• Strong customer service support in a mechanical/parts environment.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred.
• Ability to learn and use computer systems and software used in parts operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and provide strong customer service.
• Safely operate a forklift and load/unload parts deliveries.
• Pick, put away, and deliver parts to shop and will-call areas with accuracy.
• Handle shipping/receiving and freight in/outbound processes.
• Process cores and warranty accurately; understand basic inventory controls.
• Complete paperwork and documentation accurately with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively, organize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
