Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of parts specialist experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems, Google Workspace, and parts software.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service with warm greetings and eagerness to help.
• Identify machine make/model/serial numbers by asking targeted questions.
• Investigate part needs and determine additional parts required.
• Fulfill parts orders with in-stock inventory and place orders as needed.
• Match orders with packing slips accurately.
• Collect customer payment information/POs and call on past due accounts.
• Use manuals or resources to identify parts correctly.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership.
• Demonstrate detail orientation, time management, and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
