Competenze

• 2+ years of experience as a parts specialist preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced/high volume dealership.
• Detail oriented, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide superior customer service to customers and technicians.
• Identify machine make/model/serial numbers by asking questions.
• Investigate part needs and determine additional parts needed.
• Fulfill parts orders from in-stock inventory or place orders as needed to meet customers' needs.
• Match orders with packing slips accurately.
• Collect payment information/POs and call on past due accounts.
• Use manuals or guides to identify parts needed.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory.
