Responsibilities

• Procure, receive, stock, pick, pack, and sell parts.
• Manage parts pricing, quantities, and condition upon receipt.
• Handle invoicing for parts, shipping, and handling.
• Process orders for customers and the service department.
• Read diagrams and breakdowns using electronic catalogs.
• Track open orders and backorders; provide status updates.
• Maintain proper stocking levels and rotate stock.
• Upsell related parts based on product knowledge.
• Ship and receive parts using various logistics providers.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork.
