Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of parts experience and customer service.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience and sales.

Responsibilities

• Receives phone-in and walk-in requests for parts.
• Locates parts for customers on machines and brands serviced.
• Finds parts using automated system and maintains notes.
• Processes credits, quotes, and backorders; ships orders.
• Interacts with service shops and provides part recommendations.
