San Diego Harley-Davidson is seeking a Counter Parts Associate to deliver professional customer service in the Parts Department at our San Diego location. You will help customers with parts and accessories, process sales, and support inventory control in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role requires accuracy, product knowledge, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a friendly, professional counter. Weekend hours and occasional extended hours are required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, retail, cashiering, automotive, powersports, or parts experience preferred.
• Strong Harley‑Davidson or powersports parts knowledge is a plus.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency.
• Ability to learn dealership systems, catalogs, inventory procedures, and product information.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to retail customers, technicians, and dealership personnel.
• Greet customers and assist with parts, accessories, merchandise, and product inquiries.
• Look up parts using catalogs, electronic systems, and other resources.
• Process and track customer parts orders, including pricing and status.
• Handle sales, returns, exchanges, and other transactions accurately.
• Operate the POS/cashiering system and process cash/credit transactions.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to the right department.
• Receive, verify, stock, and maintain parts and merchandise.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
