The ideal candidate will assist customers and technicians in finding the right parts, using Infiniti's Electronic Parts Catalog. Previous experience in automotive parts is preferred, along with strong customer service skills. Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience, preferably with Infiniti or Nissan.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and technicians at the counter and over the phone.
• Identify and locate parts using Infiniti's EPC system.
• Provide accurate pricing and availability for parts.
• Process sales, returns, and warranty claims efficiently.
