Job summary

Paycom - ATS in MN is seeking a Parts Advisor to provide exceptional customer service, manage parts inventory, and support service and sales teams. You will deliver parts to service technicians, process orders, and maintain accurate stock records.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, proficiency with Excel, and a valid driver's license. Prior experience in a dealership parts department is a plus, and you will work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on integrity

• Monitor inventory to minimize obsolescence.
• Ensure proper tagging for factory credits and compliance with laws.
• Collaborate with service department for timely parts turnaround.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
