Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical skills encompassing computers, multi-line phone systems, email, etc.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively.
• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, stooping, and bending.
• Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in person and via documentation.
• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 25 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and maintain high-quality client interactions.
• Proficiently operate computer, phone, and software systems.
• Look up parts for clients and/service department, and locate and pull parts.
• Create purchase orders to acquire needed parts.
• Place orders and receive inventory, parts, and whole goods.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation of client information and orders.
• Preserve a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Provide friendly, professional interaction with clients and address concerns promptly.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• All other duties and tasks assigned by management.
